We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hands-on Retail Store Manager to join our Randwick team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and is ready to take the next step in their career.

While previous leadership experience is highly regarded, we're also looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow and develop within our business. We will provide training and guidance to help you succeed in the Christopher's way!

About the Role

As our Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading your team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and supporting your team to create a positive work workplace.
- Providing friendly, welcoming and exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Assisting with staff rostering, training and performance management.




- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
- Managing stock levels, placing orders and minimising wastage.
- Supporting sales targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in retail, hospitality or a café environment.
- Has some leadership or supervisory experience, or is ready to take the next step into management.
- Is confident, approachable and enjoys working with people.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Is organised, reliable and takes initiative.
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is a team player who leads by example.
- Is flexible and available to work weekends.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
