Grazing by Emily is a boutique Adelaide-based catering business specialising in luxury grazing tables, handcrafted sweet and savoury catering, and bespoke culinary experiences for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations.

As our business continues to expand, we’re seeking talented, reliable and creative independent contractors to collaborate with us on upcoming events.

About the Opportunity

We’re looking to establish relationships with freelance event stylists and catering professionals who can assist in delivering beautifully presented grazing displays across Adelaide.

Opportunities may include smaller private celebrations, corporate functions and large-scale luxury events.

Depending on the project and the contractor’s experience, engagements may involve assisting with event preparation and styling or independently delivering an agreed event setup.

This is a flexible, project-based prospect, with individual engagements offered according to event requirements and contractor availability.

Scope of Services

Depending on the agreed project, services may include:

- Preparing and styling premium grazing tables and catering displays.
- Creating visually cohesive food arrangements and event presentations.
- Coordinating the setup and pack-down of catering displays.
- Liaising professionally with venues and clients where required.




- Managing agreed event deliverables and setup deadlines.
- Maintaining appropriate food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating on larger events requiring multiple catering and styling professionals.

About You

We’re particularly interested in professionals who:

- Have experience in catering, hospitality, food styling or event setup.
- Demonstrate exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Can confidently deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Are organised, reliable and professional.
- Have access to suitable transport for event work.
- Can demonstrate appropriate food handling knowledge.
- Hold relevant insurance appropriate to the services provided.

Previous grazing table experience is highly regarded, although professionals with transferable catering or event styling experience are encouraged to apply.
