To be successful you will need:
- Proven delicatessen and food retail experience
- Food Safety Supervisor certification
- A positive hands-on, team leadership style
- Highest standard of cleanliness and visual merchandising
- A genuine passion for excellent food, and creating a friendly experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day Deli operations
- Lead & train our award winning deli team
- Maintain stock rotation, ordering, and inventory levels
- Ensure correct food safety procedures are followed
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
