The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for casual short order cooks/chefs.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

- Minimum 1–3 years' relevant experience
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
- Sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S;
- A CV with professional referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers
- Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster

Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
