Key Duties & Responsibilities

The role involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Client Services

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, desired styles, and treatment options.

- Perform haircuts, blow-drying, colouring, foiling, balayage, chemical straightening, keratin treatments, hair extensions and other advanced hair services.

- Provide expert recommendations on products, treatments, and maintenance techniques suited to individual client needs.

- Deliver a professional, personalised experience to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Salon Operations

- Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic workstation in compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

- Keep up to date with the latest techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to deliver modern and innovative services.

- Manage time effectively to ensure client appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.

Teamwork & Training





- Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver seamless salon experiences.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

To perform successfully in this role, the Hairdresser is required to have:

- A Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification).

- At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience as a qualified hairdresser.

- Advanced technical skills in cutting, colouring, foiling, and styling techniques.

- Strong product knowledge and the ability to advise clients on suitable homecare

regimens.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- The ability to work independently while also contributing to the overall team

environment.

- A passion for learning and staying up to date with evolving industry trends.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Senior Hair Stylist: 2 years (Preferred)

- Australia (Preferred)
