The Role
Based in Taree, you will lead a dedicated team delivering tenancy and property management services throughout the Mid North Coast region.
This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll support your team to deliver quality services while building strong relationships with tenants, community organisations and local stakeholders.
You'll play an key role in supporting tenancy outcomes, driving service excellence and ensuring the branch continues to deliver positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of housing professionals
- Managing day-to-day branch operations and service delivery
- Monitoring branch performance including tenancy outcomes, arrears and vacancies
- Supporting a positive and customer-focused team culture
- Managing workloads, resources and operational priorities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders and community partners
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and organisational requirements

About You




You are an experienced leader who is passionate about supporting people and creating positive community outcomes.
You'll bring:

- Experience leading teams within community housing, property management, community services or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management practices and relevant legislation
- Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and service delivery outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well-developed problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience building positive and productive team cultures
- Current Driver Licence
