We are incredibly proud of our very low staff turnover. Opportunities to join our team rarely become available!

We are currently recruiting because three of our much-loved, long-standing educators are preparing to commence maternity leave.

This has created a rare opportunity for new educators to become part of our Little Winners family.

Unlike larger childcare services accommodating 70, 90 or even 100+ children, Little Winners Casula caters for just 35 children.

Qualifications & Requirements

- ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to child safety, active supervision and professional standards.
- Relevant early childhood experience is highly regarded.

Interview Arrangements

We look forward to meeting educators who share our passion for providing loving, nurturing and high-quality care for children.

Interviews will be conducted strictly on the following days:**

- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Our primary interview days, by appointment.
- Mondays and Fridays:** Limited interview appointments available between **10:00 am and 11:00 am only.

All interviews are by appointment and must be scheduled in advance.
