About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen.

We offer a multi-cuisine dining experience with an Italian fine-dining influence. We are seeking a hands-on culinary leader who takes pride in exceptional food, quality presentation, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced chef to take ownership of the kitchen, contribute to menu development, and lead a professional kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a restaurant environment.
- Strong kitchen leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for high-quality food, creativity, and presentation.
- Experience in menu development, food costing, stock control, and ordering.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support kitchen staff.
- Availability to commence immediately.
