Retail Sales Assistant | CHRISTMAS CASUAL - BALMAIN, ROSEBERY & MACQUARIE PARK

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and shelves.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register accurately, and process payments following established procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work workplace.
- Offer assistance in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor and manage the fitting rooms to enhance the shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.




- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to assist customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and providing accurate change.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
