About us

EasyR sells motorcycle parts, accessories and gear to riders all over Australia. We're mostly online, with warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and a shop at our Geebung site. We're a small team, and everyone's work matters here.

The job

You'll look after our customers, whether they email, call or walk into the shop. You'll answer their questions, turn unhappy customers around, and handle the admin behind returns, exchanges and warranty claims. Now and then, when it's needed, you'll lend a hand in the warehouse.

What you'll do

- Answer customer emails: questions, complaints and problems
- Look after unhappy customers and sort out their problems
- Serve customers in the shop
- Answer the phone
- Process returns and exchanges
- Handle warranty claims with customers and suppliers
- Process stock returns to suppliers
- Look after our online reviews and reply to customers
- Help keep orders on track,



fixing problems as they come up
- Help with picking orders when needed

You'll suit this if you

- Are good with people in person, on the phone and in writing
- Stay calm and patient when a customer is frustrated
- Are careful with detail: the right refund, the right part, the right customer
- Are comfortable on a computer and pick up recent systems quickly. We'll train you on ours.
- Don't mind getting hands-on in the warehouse when needed
- Can work Monday to Friday, full-time

Bonus, not essential

- You ride, or know bikes and gear
- Retail, parts counter, dealership or customer service experience
- Experience with Shopify or an ecommerce business

Not for you if

You don't enjoy dealing with customers. This job is mostly customers and admin, with a little warehouse help when needed.
