Aged Care Operations Manager – Support at Home Registration (Contractor)

About Honour Care

Honour Care is an established disability and community care provider based in Brisbane, Queensland. We are preparing for registration under the Australian Government's Support at Home program.

We are seeking an experienced aged care professional who is interested in supporting our registration application as a proposed Aged Care Operations Manager, with the possibility of future collaboration.

Initial Registration Support

At this initial stage, Honour Care will prepare the application and handle the administrative paperwork.

The successful candidate will mainly be required to:

- Provide an up-to-date CV and a brief skilled profile outlining relevant aged care management experience.
- Provide copies of relevant qualifications and professional credentials.
- Provide a Police Check and other applicable screening documentation when required.
- Review and sign relevant application and appointment documents, subject to agreement on the proposed role and responsibilities.
- Confirm their experience, suitability and willingness to undertake the proposed position.





The initial work is expected to be limited in scope and completed within approximately 1–2 days.

Experience and Qualifications

- Relevant management experience in the Australian aged care sector, preferably Home Care Packages or Support at Home.
- Understanding of aged care regulatory requirements and organisational governance.
- Relevant professional qualifications and demonstrable leadership or management experience.
- Ability to provide evidence of qualifications, previous responsibilities and employment history.

Further Application Support

If assistance is required during a subsequent regulatory assessment, interview or audit, the scope of work and additional fees will be negotiated separately.

Future Management Arrangements

If registration is approved, any ongoing Operations Manager appointment, responsibilities, working arrangements and remuneration will be subject to separate discussion and mutual agreement.

Applicants based in Brisbane, Sydney or elsewhere in Australia are welcome, provided they can fulfil any agreed responsibilities.
