We’re looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Whether you’re beginning your career, bringing years of clinical experience or ready to step into leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

Based in Bonnyrigg, Safe Steps Therapy provides Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy and Psychology across Western Sydney. Our mission is to provide practical, person-centred therapy that helps clients and families work towards goals that matter to them.

A varied role with room to grow

You’ll support a varied caseload of children and adults across our clinic, clients’ homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings and telehealth.

Your work will include:

- Completing assessments and developing individualised therapy plans.
- Delivering evidence-based intervention aligned with clients’ goals.
- Helping families, carers and educators use practical strategies in everyday routines.
- Preparing clear clinical reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.
- Contributing ideas as we develop our services and team.

About you

You’ll bring:

- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Warm, approachable communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care.
- A willingness to learn, reflect and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organisation and clear clinical documentation.
- A current driver licence and willingness to travel across Western Sydney.
- Relevant worker screening clearances, or willingness to obtain them before commencement.
