About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join our busy food distribution warehouse based in Pemulwuy. This is a Temporary to Permanent position, transitioning to a full-time permanent role after an initial 6-month probationary period.
You will be handling fully palletised stock in a fast-paced environment—strictly bulk pallet handling with no single picks required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forklift Operations: Operating high-reach forklifts safely up to 6 racks high.
- Loading/Unloading: Using counterbalance forklifts to load and unload shipping containers and delivery trucks.
- Pallet Handling:



Operating ride-on and manual pallet jacks for efficient stock movement.
- Receiving & Despatch: Managing incoming and outgoing stock efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Utilizing RF scanning equipment for accurate stock tracking and put-aways.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Current and valid LF (Forklift) license with proven experience.
- Demonstrated competency in high-reach forklift driving (up to 6 racks high).
- Solid experience with counterbalance loading/unloading of trucks and containers.
- Proficient with RF scanning technology.
- Physical fitness and experience handling ride-on/manual pallet jacks.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
