We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Roll Maker to join our team and help us deliver high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Roll Maker, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensuring the quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes meet restaurant standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring your workstation is organised and well-stocked.
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
