Full-Time Barista

We are a busy, well-loved local café in the heart of Parramatta. We've been serving great coffee and food to office workers and local families for 10 years. We're looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our team.

About you

- 6+ months of hands-on barista experience, with consistent quality and valuable latte art
- Outgoing and friendly. You can have a laugh with customers while keeping it professional
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm during the morning rush
- A natural multitasker who always keeps the customer in mind
- Well presented, with good verbal communication skills
- Available Monday to Friday

What you'll do

- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks with consistent taste and presentation, including latte art
- Make cold drinks such as iced coffees, smoothies, milkshakes and specialty drinks
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service. Take orders, handle payments and look after regulars
- Keep the coffee station and work areas clean,



tidy and food-safe throughout the day
- Clean and maintain coffee equipment, including the espresso machine, grinders and blenders
- Monitor stock levels and help with ordering coffee, milk and other supplies
- Support the team with other front-of-house duties when needed

What we offer

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- $28–$32 per hour plus super, depending on experience
