The requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment setting in a similar role
- A robust understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
- Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
- Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
- Longterm vision
- Great attitude, teamwork and personality
- Confident communication style & a professional approach
- Supervising Experience is not necessary but it's a plus.
- availability for the early morning shift (start from 6 AM)
- Saturday availability
- Fluent English
