About the Role
We are seeking Support Workers to provide 1:3 support in a supported accommodation setting in Rosebery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication administration
- Supporting participants with behaviours of concern
- Mealtime management and supporting participants with a high choking risk
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Accurately documenting participant progress, incidents and support provided

You Will Ideally Have





- Experience in both aged care and disability support
- Experience providing personal care and medication assistance
- Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
- Experience supporting individuals with mealtime management
- Robust communication, documentation and incident reporting skills
- A calm, respectful and person-centred approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian driver's licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian working rights
