Early Childhood Teacher — Funded Kindergarten Program

Mansfield Early Learning is a newly built long day care centre seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead our funded kindergarten program.

You will plan and deliver a play-based kindergarten program for preschool children, meeting Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Standard requirements. The role sits inside a long day care service, so you will work with the educator team across the kinder session and support continuity of care through the day.

You will

- Lead the funded three- and/or four-year-old kindergarten program
- Plan, document and assess children’s learning
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the team
- Meet regulatory,



funding and quality requirements for the program

You will need

- An ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, or eligibility to register
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

A newly built centre, a supportive team and the chance to shape a kindergarten program from the ground up.

Pay: $28.66 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
