HIDDEN GROUNDS MIRANDA is seeking a reliable Cook to prepare quality breakfast and lunch café dishes and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes with consistent quality, presentation and portion sizes.
- Complete daily food preparation and organise ingredients for service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including safe storage, temperature control and allergen handling.
- Keep workstations, equipment and food preparation areas clean and organised.
- Monitor stock freshness, rotate ingredients and minimise waste.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver timely, accurate orders.

About you





- Relevant experience as a cook in a café, restaurant or similar kitchen.
- Confidence preparing breakfast and lunch dishes during busy service periods.
- A sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Positive organisation, communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable approach and attention to detail.
