We are a second home for thousands of boulderers and employ a large team of wonderful, hard working people
Route Setting
As a Route Setter, you’ll be responsible for designing and setting creative, engaging, and protected boulder problems for climbers of all levels. This role requires climbing proficiency, an openness to feedback and a high level of teamwork. Prior setting experience is preferred, but strong climbing ability and a willingness to learn are also valued.
Route setting positions are very limited, so we recommend chatting to your local gym’s setting team in person if it is available to you.
