Sydney NSW | Full time | $55,000 + super + OTE $250,000

At Sharewise, we’re building a different kind of stockbroking firm: sharp, modern, and obsessed with giving everyday investors a real seat at the table. We’re looking for a few hungry, switched-on graduates to grow with us.

This isn’t a grad program where you rotate through departments and wait your turn. You’ll be on the desk from week one, sitting beside senior brokers, hearing how deals get done, and picking up the craft from people who live and breathe the ASX and US markets.

What you’ll actually be doing

- Picking up the phone to warm leads and turning conversations into long-term client relationships
- Sharing Sharewise’s market research and insights with prospects, and helping them understand what’s moving and why
- Learning about each prospect’s interests and getting them ready for meetings
- Following the ASX and US markets every day and building your knowledge of both

Your path is mapped out

No vague promises. Onboard 20 clients and $1m in funds under management within your first 5 months, complete your RG146, and you’ll step up to Investment Manager. From there you’re authorised to provide general advice, managing your own book, placing trades on client instruction and backed by Sharewise research. Your results decide how fast you get there,



not how many years you’ve been in the building.

You’re our kind of person if you

- Hold a completed university degree, ideally in finance, commerce, economics or a related field
- Have sales or business development experience, ideally on the phones, or the natural ability and drive to pick it up quick
- Get a genuine buzz from targets, momentum and a good close
- Read the financial pages because you want to, not because you have to
- Speak with confidence and back it up with substance
- Want to earn your success and aren’t scared of putting in the hours to get it
