TS Party Hire & Balloons is a growing Western Sydney party hire and event styling business based in Marsden Park. We specialise in balloon decorations, chairs, tables, gazebos and full party setups for birthdays, baby showers, cultural events and more across Western Sydney and the wider Sydney metro.

The Role

We are looking for reliable, physically fit casual crew to join our team for deliveries, gazebo installation, and chairs & tables setup/pack-down.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver and collect chairs, tables, gazebos and other party hire equipment
- Install and dismantle gazebos/marquees on-site
- Set up and pack down chairs, tables and event furniture
- Load and unload vehicles carefully and efficiently
- Assist with warehouse prep, packing and general duties when required
- Work professionally with clients on-site

What we’re looking for:

- Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual work
- Current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Reliable,



punctual and positive attitude
- Able to work weekends and some weekdays (events are often Fri–Sun)
- Own reliable transport preferred
- Previous experience in event hire, delivery, removals or similar is a plus but not essential — we will train the right person

- Based in Marsden Park / Western Sydney (jobs across Western Sydney and broader Sydney metro)
- Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
- Flexible schedule based on bookings
