About the Role

Located on the scenic waterfront of Pittwater, our premier boutique hotel is currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to fill several key positions within our housekeeping division.

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals across multiple levels of experience to join our dynamic team.

Available Roles & Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping Supervisors

- Provide operational leadership, mentor team members, and oversee daily workflow management.
- Conduct comprehensive quality and hygiene inspections across guest rooms and public zones.
- Coordinate stock control, linen management, and operational reporting.

2. Room Attendants

- Execute thorough cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, plush linens, and bath supplies with meticulous attention to detail.
- Promptly identify, log, and report any maintenance or safety items.

3. Public Area Cleaners & Housepersons

- Maintain pristine conditions across all public areas, corridors, lobbies, and hotel facilities.
- Support efficient housekeeping operations, heavy cleaning tasks, and laundry processing.
- Ensure all communal and event spaces meet high aesthetic standards.

Qualifications & Core Competencies





- Demonstrated previous experience in professional housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hotel operations (Essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining high hygiene and cleaning standards.
- The ability to work efficiently and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability to accommodate rotating rosters, including weekends, mornings, and public holidays.
