Company:
ConsultANZ is looking for a Project Manager in Queensland. (Rockhampton) The project is $2bn of Highway upgrade project in Queensland.

Main Duties:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of asphalt paving and highway construction projects.
- Develop and manage project programmed, budgets, forecasts, and construction schedules.
- Oversee asphalt production, supply, transportation, placement, paving, and compaction activities.
- Coordinate site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage project resources, including labor, plant, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and performance against agreed targets.

Requirements:

- More than 10 years' experience in asphalt and spray seal projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction or road infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in asphalt paving, highway construction, and pavement rehabilitation projects.




- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale road or highway construction projects.
- Strong understanding of asphalt production, paving methodologies, compaction, and pavement quality requirements.
- Experience managing project budgets, programmed, resources, and subcontractors.
