Multiple Locations - QLD, ACT, NSW, VIC, SA
The RoleYou’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary support team and will:

- Provide production support for integration platforms and services
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support registration and onboarding of digital partners
- Maintain and configure APIs and applications in MuleSoft and IBM API Connect
- Perform API/environment testing as required
- Monitor and report on end-to-end API health, performance and statistics
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and work closely with level three technical/development teams
- Participate in an on-call support roster to ensure service availability and reliability
- Develop and maintain support documentation (processes, policies, configuration)

What you’ll need (Must-have)

- 2–3 years’ experience working with APIs and/or integration in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of API/integration technologies and ability to learn current products quickly




- A quality-focused approach to improving and streamlining processes
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline security clearance

Desirable

- Admin/config experience with MuleSoft or IBM API Connect
- Exposure to CRM systems
- Interest in accessibility and accessible design/development
