About Us: CTC Safety has been a leader in delivering top-quality WHS solutions for over 30 years. We are currently seeking qualified trainers/assessors to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, delivering courses at our Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle Training Centres, and in office across NSW.

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced trainers and assessors in the following areas:

- Asbestos Removal

- ASP Training

- Chainsaw Operations

- Confined Spaces

- Earthmoving Plant Operations

- First Aid

- Fire Extinguisher Training

- Poly Welding

- Power Lines

- Underground Services

- Working at Heights

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality classroom and workplace-based training and assessments.

- Report assessment outcomes promptly and accurately to meet CTC Safety compliance standards.

- Manage student progression and outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with the RTO to support and promote future growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to complete).





- Relevant industry experience in the qualification you will train and assess.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Strong time management and organisational abilities.

- Commitment to continuous professional development.

- NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).

- Police Check (or ability to obtain).

- Previous training/assessing experience is desirable but not essential.

- Preference for candidates with current industry experience.

- Central Coast NSW-based applicants will have an added advantage.
