Succeed Psychology are looking for a very special Client Services Assistant!

Location: Richmond, NSW (with the option to work part of the week from Kellyville Ridge, NSW)

Hours: Permanent Part-Time 9-5 (Monday-Wednesday) and 10-4 (Thursday) (subject to increase as the practice grows).

About Us: Succeed Psychology is a agile and supportive practice committed to providing exceptional psychological services. We prioritise ethical practices, professional growth, and well-being for both our clients and team members. Our homely and welcoming offices are located in Richmond and Kellyville Ridge. Onsite parking is available. We have an amazing team of 20 psychologists who are cooperative and warm.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proficient Client Services Assistant join our team. This role combines reception duties with a focus on client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk reception and client management

• Managing appointments, cancellations and calendar changes

- Comprehensive intake phone calls and client matching

• Supporting psychologists with administrative tasks





- You will work with our practice manager and casual client services staff member across these duties

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative role

• Experience in healthcare settings (doctors, allied health, psychology) is highly desirable

• Familiarity with Halaxy or equivalent practice management software is highly desirable

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- patience and understanding with others is a must

- Ability to work independently
