Zoom Recruitment is seeking reliable, safety-focused drivers for gas delivery roles in Wacol and freight delivery roles in Darra. These hands-on roles suit professional drivers who enjoy working independently, staying active and providing great customer service.

Wacol

Deliver gases across Queensland to industrial, food and beverage, healthcare and commercial customers.

Packaged Gas Driver

- HR licence and good driving history required, with willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Morning shifts typically start at 5:00am, completing multiple gas cylinder deliveries and collections.
- Ability to safely handle cylinders up to 20kg and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Bulk Gas Driver

- HC licence, Dangerous Goods (DG) licence and good driving history required.
- Deliver bulk gases, generally starting around 4:00am, with some 4:00pm starts depending on operational requirements.
- DG experience preferred; drivers with a strong safety and driving background will also be considered. A DG licence is mandatory.

Darra
Pick Up and Delivery Drivers

- Complete approximately 25-60 stops daily, including multi-carton deliveries and customer pick-ups, with lifting from 1-30kg.




- New drivers may initially start at 10:00-10:30am, moving to 9:00-9:30am subject to performance and operational requirements.
- Deliveries generally finish around 5:30pm or when directed by the Radio Room. The aim is to finish by 6:30pm, depending on the delivery area and distance from the depot.

Bulk Freight Drivers

- Complete pallet deliveries and pick-ups, strap loads and carry out hand unloading from pallets where required.
- Start times generally range from 9:00-9:30am.

All drivers at Darra must complete pre-departure vehicle inspections and fit-for-work checks.
