Join a growing Australian logistics company and play a key role in coordinating customer orders and deliveries.

MoveIt4u is a Sydney-based fourth-party logistics (4PL) provider, specialising in transport coordination, warehousing and supply chain solutions across Australia.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our operations team. Experience in dairy, FMCG or temperature-controlled logistics would be highly regarded.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely communication and a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing and coordinating customer orders from receipt to delivery.

- Liaising with customers, transport providers and warehouses to arrange collections and deliveries.

- Monitoring delivery schedules, time slots and order progress.

- Managing delivery discrepancies, delays and operational issues.

- Ensuring accurate order entry, documentation and record keeping.

- Tracking delivery performance and supporting DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) reporting.

- Communicating proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Working closely with the operations team to maintain service standards and resolve issues efficiently.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics setting, takes ownership of their responsibilities and understands the importance of accuracy and communication.





To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in order fulfilment, logistics coordination, customer service or supply chain operations.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and order management systems.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Highly regarded:

- Experience in the dairy industry or FMCG supply chains.

- Knowledge of temperature-controlled freight and distribution.

- Experience coordinating deliveries to major retailers or distribution centres.

- Understanding of DIFOT performance requirements, delivery time slots and proof-of-delivery processes.
