Job Description

We’re looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to take an active role in the day-to-day operation of PERCY. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards and create an engaging experience for every guest.

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the floor and developing their skills within a global hotel group.

What you’ll do:

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
- Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.
- Take an active role during dinner service, with strong front-of-house and bar skills.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with team training, onboarding, rostering and other operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively across hotel departments and support different areas of the operation when required.
- Manage guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
