Location: Caversham, City Beach, Mundaring, Wellard and surrounding areas

Are you a dedicated support qualified who leads with empathy and a genuine passion for helping others? We are seeking reliable and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in the Caversham, City Beach, Mundaring and Wellard areas.

The Ideal Candidate

Will have a proven track record in aged care or disability services and skilled at navigating complex physical and neurological care needs while upholding an inclusive, respectful environment that promotes client independence and dignity.

Your Experience:





- Proven background working with aged care clients or disability with complex needs, including Autism, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and Schizophrenia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Living: Providing dignified personal care and domestic assistance.

- Community Engagement: Engaging in activities that promote independence and social inclusion.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Punctuality is critical: Our clients rely on consistency; you must be reliable and on time for every shift.

- A heart for the community and a commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of people in aged care and people with disabilities.
