? The Role:

- Position: Second In Charge

- Location: Priceline Pharmacy Park Ridge

- Working Hours: 38

- Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Proposed Roster: Monday to Friday - a mixture of opening and closing shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Retail Manager in Leading, training, and mentoring the retail team





- Maintaining compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations

- Ensuring high standards of stock presentation, inventory accuracy, and merchandising

- Identifying and addressing stock discrepancies or operational issues

- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment (OHS compliance)

- Driving a positive, inclusive, and cooperative team culture

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage staffing issues and underperformance with professionalism

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Tech-savvy and confident using retail software systems

- Passionate about health, beauty, and customer care

Physical Requirements:

- Standing for extended periods

- Repetitive movement and manual handling of stock

- Using hands to operate POS systems, manage stock, and perform merchandising tasks
