Why psychologists join us

- You're paid for no-shows and late cancellations. If a client misses or cancels within 48 hours, we charge them the bulk-bill rate, so you're paid the same as an attended session. If a client genuinely can't pay, we cover it with a credit on your invoice.

- We fill your diary. Doctors across Australia refer clients to us every day, and we book them with you.

- We do the admin. Intake forms, Medicare checks, bookings, reminders, claiming, letters to doctors and referral tracking are handled for you, with reception support 5 days a week.

- Work from home, on your hours. Video or phone, your choice. Change your availability any time. Minimum 5 hours a week.

Pay

$81.24 per session (registered) or $119.24 (clinical), after our 20% service fee. Medicare or our payment system pays you in full within 1-2 business days, and we invoice our fee monthly.

Your clients

Almost all are bulk-billed under a Mental Health Treatment Plan, from children to seniors. You choose the ages and presentations you see. We don't take on new clients for assessments, diagnoses or reports,



so the only required reports are the treatment-plan updates, and templates make them quick. If you choose, you can do assessments, diagnoses and reports for your existing clients, and we bill the client privately at APS rates.

Your tools

A Halaxy account (calendar, notes, letter templates), Coviu secure video, a work email, tutorials, and a peer consultation group for CPD. AI note-taking is available if you want it, through Halaxy, Coviu, Heidi or NovoNote.
