The Package: $77,066.60 - $85,160.40 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 9 of the QPRC Salary System 2026) and Award increases of 4% in 2027-28 and 4% in 2028-2029.

In this role you will:

- Design and deliver library programs and activities that engage and connect the community.

- Provide high-quality customer service, helping customers access information, resources, technology and library services.

- Promote library collections, events and services through creative displays, marketing materials, website updates and social media content.

- Assist with daily library operations, including customer service, memberships, loans and shelving.

We are looking for someone who:





- Possesses a relevant qualification and/or experience in a similar role.

- Proven ability to deliver engaging programs and activities to the community.

- Has strong customer service skills and enjoys helping people.

- Possesses a class C drivers’ licence and current NSW Working with Children Check.
