We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric allied health team, working across our Hornsby and Epping clinics, with approximately half your time based at each location.

About the role

You'll work with a diverse paediatric caseload, supporting children to develop their communication skills, confidence and independence through engaging, evidence-based therapy. This position offers the opportunity to work across our exceptionally well-resourced Hornsby and Epping clinics, enjoying the variety of two vibrant therapy environments while being part of one collaborative team.

Your role will include:

- Assessing and supporting children with speech, language, social communication and other communication difficulties.

- Designing and delivering creative, individualised therapy that is meaningful, motivating and FUN!

- Working closely with families, educators and other professionals to support children's development.

- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-centred care.

- Contributing your ideas, creativity and clinical expertise to our growing practice.

- Continuing to develop your clinical skills through mentoring, professional learning and collaboration.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings warmth, enthusiasm,



curiosity and a genuine love of working with children.

You'll ideally have:

- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.

- Experience in paediatrics OR a strong desire to develop your career in this rewarding specialty.

- A playful, creative approach to therapy and the ability to make learning engaging.

- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children and families.

- Sound clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice.

- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to share ideas and learn from others.

- A genuine desire to grow professionally while contributing to a supportive team.
