? Your Opportunity to Lead

As our Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, high-performing centre where educators feel supported and children receive exceptional education and care.





You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a passionate team of educators.
- Building a positive, team-oriented and supportive centre culture.
- Driving educational quality, continuous improvement and child safety.
- Overseeing centre operations, staffing, budgets and occupancy.
- Leading Quality Improvement Planning, Assessment and Rating preparation and NQF compliance.
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Partnering with Journey's wider leadership network to achieve quality and operational outcomes.

? About You

We're looking for a confident, approachable and people-focused leader who understands that great centre outcomes start with a supported team.

You'll bring:

- Experience as a Centre Manager or in a senior Early Childhood leadership role.
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and National Quality Framework.
- Experience leading teams, managing centre operations and driving quality outcomes.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education.
- A valid Queensland Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, as required.
