In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing new tenancies,



including hosting open homes and conducting detailed ingoing condition reports.

- Conducting routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance.

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.

- Attending to tenancy requests promptly and professionally.

Role requirements:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence or be willing to obtain the qualifications

- Current and valid driver’s licence

- Ability to work Saturdays on a fortnight basis with a Monday RDO
