Every operator in Australian oil and gas, LNG, mining and power has to prove that every electrical worker on its plant is competent, verified and current. Every contractor has to prove it before a crew mobilises. PMV is the only Australian provider with the registered training organisation, IECEx recognition and a licensed hazardous area engineering business under one roof: the training, the verification, the records and the inspection behind it. Since 2003, for the operators and contractors everyone in this industry knows.

The prize is long term agreements with the top tier of Australian industry: multi year, multi site, recurring, and the kind of contract that follows the client into Asia, the Gulf and Africa. The relationships to land them already exist in this market. We want the person who holds them.

The role
Head of Strategic Partnerships. Owns the top tier target accounts: major operators, EPCs, tier one electrical and maintenance contractors and utilities across WA, SA and the NT. Opens the door, lands the long term agreement, hands it to our client relationship team and moves to the next one. Reports to the General Manager. Works with the CEO.

Who this is for
You currently hold, or have recently held,



buyer relationships at the operators, EPCs, contractors or labour hire firms in Australian oil and gas, mining or power. You have personally closed multi year agreements. You are technically credible and respected by site people and procurement alike. Ten years or more in this industry. Based in Perth.

Who this is not for
Anyone who needs to build a network from scratch.

The package
Base plus super, and uncapped commission on the collected revenue of every long term agreement you land. On target earnings above $300k. The detail is discussed face to face.

Not looking for a full time role?
If you hold a genuine relationship with one or two of the major operators, EPCs or contractors in this market and can open and close that door, we will put a commercial agreement in place and pay you on what closes. Email me directly.
