We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Assistants to join our Primary School team for 2027. You will be part of a collaborative group of teachers and support staff committed to delivering inclusive, student‑centred education in line with our Anglican values of Commitment, Compassion, Excellence, Inclusion, Resilience and Respect.

Reporting to the Head of Primary, in this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and differentiated learning programs. You will help create a safe, caring and supportive setting where students of all abilities can grow academically, socially and emotionally.

About You

You are an enthusiastic, organised and student-focused educator who brings:

· Certificate IV in Education Support
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to support inclusive education practices




· Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
· Passion for student-centred learning and pastoral care
· Willingness to support the Mission, Vision and Ethos and Core Values of Swan Valley Anglican Community School
