As the ongoing need for safe, high-quality scaffolding continues to increase, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Scaffolding Sales/Estimator to join our team on the Mornington Peninsula.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 continuous years of scaffold estimating experience, labour management experience and office management experience.

- Residential scaffolding experience is preferred for this estimating role.

- Current valid drivers license. MR license an advantage

- MR license can be obtained after commencement if not currently held.

- Previous experience Managing Scaffolders and Yard Personnel (is highly regarded)

- Strong residential construction knowledge

- Great phone manner and computer skills (Excel, Word & Office diary)

- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team

- Ability to plan contracts/labour/transport/clients

- Any form of Australian work authorization is acceptable for this position.

What you'll do

- Prepare estimates for live & tender stage scaffold projects and track down potential work

- Provide pricing and product information to prospective customers

- Face to face liaison with customers to determine their requirements

All our scaffolding is tailored to suit the individual construction site and access needs.

We also have in house drafting (done by others).
