What we're looking for:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT).




- Previous leadership experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director, 2IC or Educational Leader.
- Solid understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- A proactive, supportive leadership style and genuine passion for early childhood education.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing the educator team.
- Overseeing daily operations, staffing and enrolments.
- Driving educational quality and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining compliance with the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community.
- Working closely with the Approved Provider to support the centre's success.
