About the Role
Do you have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and building positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues? Bethesda Mount Hospital is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated nursing team and contribute to a culture of excellence in healthcare.
Key functions include:
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, VMOs, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centred care that meets individual patient needs.
- Administer medications in accordance with legislation, professional standards, and hospital policies.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (essential).
- Enrolled Nurse qualification with IV medication competency, desirable.
- Experience in an acute medical, surgical, or similar clinical setting.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts.
- A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
