About The Role

- Work on complex, high-value construction disputes and litigation.
- Work directly with a leading Partner, gaining exposure to sophisticated matters and valuable mentorship.
- Advise major clients across the construction, infrastructure, property and engineering sectors.
- Develop your technical expertise through involvement in significant, commercially important disputes.

Responsibilities

- Managing and assisting with complex construction litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Drafting pleadings, court documents, correspondence and detailed legal advice.
- Undertaking legal research and developing litigation strategies.
- Working directly with clients, counsel, experts and other key stakeholders.
- Supporting the Partner on significant matters while progressively taking ownership of your own files.

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' post-admission experience in litigation, ideally with a construction disputes focus.
- Experience managing disputes, drafting court documents and preparing complex legal advice.
- Strong analytical,



research and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with sophisticated clients.
- A commercially minded approach, robust attention to detail and a genuine interest in construction law.
