We're a busy mixed practice veterinary clinic looking for an exceptional receptionist to join our team as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a rapid-paced environment, deliver a kind, genuine and efficient service whilst juggling our busy schedule.

The days may be messy, occasionally emotional but often very rewarding.

What you'll be doing:

- Answering phone calls (a lot of them)

- Booking appointments and keeping things running on time

- Welcoming clients and their animals

- Handling tough conversations with empathy and confidence

- Supporting a team that moves quickly and expects a lot from each other

- Taking payments, discussing finances

You'll fit if you:

- Are an excellent communicator (clear, warm, and direct)

- Can handle difficult or emotional clients

- Stay organised and calm when things get hectic

- Take responsibility and don't need constant direction





- Actually enjoy being part of a tight, supportive team who have fun

- Are a quick learner with technology/new software

You probably won't enjoy this role if:

- You struggle with fast-paced environments

- You avoid difficult conversations

- You need constant supervision to stay on track
