The Country Club Hotel is a brand-new, high-volume hospitality and entertainment destination opening in Moreton Bay in early 2027.

We’re now building our opening kitchen team and are looking for qualified chefs across all levels, including Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and experienced line chefs.

This is a great opportunity to join a brand-current venue from day one, work in a busy and well-supported kitchen, and be part of a team focused on quality, consistency and great food.
