Neverland Store is on an exciting journey of transformation opening our FIRST full-price store in South Australia and we’re looking for our next Retail Leader and Crew to help pave the way. About the Roles

As a Retail Team Member at Neverland, you'll help bring our brand to life by creating memorable customer experiences every day. You'll work alongside a passionate team, build genuine customer connections, and play an important role in delivering the energy and service we're known for.

Day to Day

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and styling advice

- Building customer confidence by creating complete outfit solutions

- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Supporting stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations

- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals

- Contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in retail leadership or management for Assistant Store Manager candidates (Assistant Manager, Team Leader, higher-duties or similar)

- A values-led people person who leads with empathy and impact

- A customer-first mindset and passion for retail

- Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment

- Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster
