About the Role

The College is seeking an exceptional educator to join our Secondary English faculty on a full-time (1.0 FTE), 5-term replacement contract, starting Term 1, 2027 and ending at the conclusion of Term 1, 2028. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English curriculum in the Middle and Senior School. Experience teaching SACE English is considered advantageous. This role is well suited to a professional who values meaningful connection and understands the importance of academic excellence and student wellbeing.

About You

You are an exceptional educator who understands the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment. You value building respectful and positive relationships with young people and are committed to modelling professional excellence and sound judgement.

You will demonstrate:

- Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB-SA) and valid WWCC & RRHAN-EC certifications.

- Proven experience delivering high-quality English teaching, with SACE English experience being advantageous.

- Ability to differentiate instruction and embed critical thinking and literacy skills to support diverse learners.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships across the College community.

- Commitment to continuous professional growth, innovation, and active contribution to co-curricular life.
