Managing a manageable portfolio of approximately 140 properties, you'll have the support of dedicated Leasing Consultants and a specialised Trust Accountant, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants while keeping your portfolio running smoothly.

The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and routine inspections.




- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiations.
- Handle arrears, tribunal matters and general tenancy enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
- Provide landlords with regular updates and exceptional customer service.

About You:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail.
- Confident handling maintenance, difficult conversations and tenancy matters.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
