Dynamo Fitness Equipment is a leading Australian gym equipment retailer with showrooms across multiple states. We’re expanding our NSW store network, so we’re building our Seven Hills team now with people we can grow into our next store managers.

⚠ Before you apply: weekend work is essential. Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest trading days. Both roles below include regular weekend shifts. If you can’t work weekends, these roles aren’t for you.

The roles

1. Full-Time Sales Representative / 2IC

We’re looking for a proven sales professional who can step in as 2nd-in-charge and has the drive to move into Store Management as we open new NSW locations. If you’re a strong salesperson who isn’t ready for leadership yet, we still want to hear from you. We’ll match the package to your experience.

- OTE $70,000 – $90,000 (base plus uncapped commission)

- Up to $100,000 OTE for exceptional candidates ready to work as 2IC from day one

2. Part-Time Weekend Sales Consultant

- Saturday and Sunday, 10–20 hours per week (negotiable)

- Award-based hourly rate plus commission. Weekend penalty rates mean roughly $34–$45 per hour, and more on public holidays.

- Part-time preferred; casual considered

What you need (both roles)

- At least 2 years in a sales role with targets and commission. Your industry doesn’t matter: electrical, automotive, furniture, appliances, bedding, home improvement and so on.



We care about your results, not your product background.

- Excellent sales, negotiation and follow-up skills, with a track record of turning enquiries into sales

- Confident with walk-in, phone and online enquiries

- Availability every Saturday and Sunday

- Comfortable with a physical showroom role, including helping move and demonstrate equipment

- Driver’s licence (manual is a bonus)

Nice to have

Flexibility to work occasionally at our Yagoona store

Supervisory or 2IC experience (for the full-time role)

An interest in fitness or an active lifestyle. We’ll teach you the products.

What you’ll do

- Help customers find the right equipment for their home or business, and close the sale

- Manage your pipeline: follow up quotes, leads and online enquiries

- Hit and beat your sales targets

- Keep the showroom looking outstanding (visual merchandising) and keep stock accurate in our inventory system

- Full-time/2IC: support the Store Manager with team leadership, rostering and store operations
