Options Consulting Group is representing a global building materials manufacturer seeking a commercially minded Specification Manager to support its continued growth across NSW.

This is an opportunity to get involved early in the construction process, working with architects, consultants, developers and contractors to influence product selection and ensure specifications translate into real sales opportunities.

You will identify projects in the early design phase, develop compliant technical specifications and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to position the business's products as preferred solutions. From delivering presentations and technical briefings to maintaining specifications throughout the project lifecycle, your work will directly influence project outcomes and commercial performance.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will help convert specifications into revenue, manage project handovers and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

You will also provide market insights, identify competitor activity and contribute to broader business growth.

We are seeking someone with a background in civil engineering, architecture, design or a related discipline, ideally with at least two years' experience in specification management or a related industry. Strong communication, technical aptitude and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the confidence to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

If you enjoy combining technical knowledge with commercial influence and want to build relationships that shape projects from the ground up, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Apply NOW or contact Jack Gilbert on 04•• ••• 089 for a confidential discussion.
